How we use and protect your information.

Information collected

When you request an estimate or use a service account, Pierline Pool Care collects the contact and property details you provide, exterior pool photos, completed-visit photos, messages, access notes, visit records, quote records, attribution parameters, and technical information used to operate and protect the service. If you accept a quote, the acceptance record includes your typed name, time, current terms version, an audit receipt, IP address, and browser or device information.

Pool photos

Photos are used to evaluate visible pool condition, equipment, access, service availability, likely scope, and completed service. Avoid photographing people, neighbors, house numbers, license plates, documents, or unrelated parts of the property. Photos are private and are not placed in a public gallery.

Photo retention

Estimate intake photos and their secure upload link expire after 30 days. An unfinished after-service upload is removed after 24 hours. Completed-visit photos are removed after 24 months. When service is cancelled, archived pool-reference and visit photos are removed after 180 days. If you request account deletion in the customer account, pool-service account data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

How information is used

Information is used to confirm coverage, prepare and record a quote, maintain service records, respond to messages, manage safe access, and prevent fraud. Calls or texts are used only when you separately consent. Marketing requires a separate opt-in.

Sharing

Information may be processed by providers used for website hosting, private file storage, communication, billing, and customer management. It is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices

Customers can initiate account deletion directly in the customer account. You may also ask to access or correct information by emailing rhett@pierlinepoolcare.com or calling(562) 852-6885. Payment providers may retain records required for taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, or another legal obligation.
